Life is more interesting when it is more dramatic
about speech
One day, his brother spoiled the anime he had been anticipating, and as he watched it, half in tears, he realized that knowing the ending took away the excitement. At that moment, he saw a parallel between the anime and his own life. Like in anime, life has both performance and an audience, and it's precisely because we don't know the ending that we're moved by each twist and turn.
That's what makes life "dramatic", and why it's interesting.
People often talk about "success", but when you step back and see life as a whole, it's the drama that makes it truly captivating.
